Repair, set pressure calibration and periodic maintenance for all makes and models of spring-loaded, pilot-operated and vacuum-type safety valves. From steam boilers to chemical reactors, gas lines to compressor systems — stay safe with our certified team.
The set pressure of the safety valve is measured on precision test benches within the permitted tolerance range (±3%) and, where necessary, spring tension is adjusted and a certified calibration report is issued.
Disc and nozzle seating surfaces damaged by corrosion or wear are restored on precision lapping benches; tightness is tested and guaranteed to API 527 standard.
Fatigued or broken springs, worn guide bushings and bellows elements are replaced with spare parts conforming to original manufacturer specifications, restoring the valve to its safe opening capacity.
Periodic safety valve maintenance is carried out in accordance with legal regulations and insurance requirements; delivered with a lead seal and certificate to ensure legal compliance.
Safety valves are the most critical protective elements in pressurised equipment, preventing the maximum allowable working pressure from being exceeded — essential for personnel and plant safety. They are used across a wide range of applications in steam, gas, liquid and two-phase fluids.
Set pressure calibration, lapping and periodic maintenance on industrial steam boilers and heat exchangers; ASME Sec. I & VIII compliant test report
Pilot-operated and bellows safety valve overhaul on high-temperature and high-pressure petrochemical lines; API 526 compliant capacity and tightness tests
Safety valve maintenance on air, nitrogen and process gas compressors; statutory periodic inspection and sealed certification for pressure vessels
Notify us by phone or form. Same-day intervention is arranged for emergencies.
The valve is removed and the current opening pressure, tightness and capacity are measured on a test bench; the root cause of the fault is identified.
Necessary parts are replaced, surfaces are lapped, spring tension is adjusted and set pressure is calibrated to the required value.
After API 527 tightness and capacity testing is completed, the valve is delivered with a lead seal, calibration label and 12-month warranty.
