Repair, overhaul, bearing replacement and periodic maintenance for all makes and models of worm gear, bevel gear, helical and planetary reductors. From cement plants to food facilities, from crane systems to conveyor lines — our certified team is here for you.
Gear profile wear is assessed with specialised measurement equipment; input/output speed, torque and efficiency values are verified on a test bench against the manufacturer's technical data sheet. Abnormal vibration and noise sources are identified through dynamic balancing analysis.
All ball, roller and tapered roller bearings are removed and replaced with SKF, FAG or NSK OEM equivalents; housing clearances and preload values are set to manufacturer tolerances, and assembly integrity is ensured with thermal fitting.
Shaft seals, O-rings and housing gaskets are replaced with OEM-specification materials; after overhaul, housing oil tightness is verified by pneumatic pressure test, and oil capacity and viscosity recommendations are reported to the customer.
Once the overhaul is complete, the reductor is delivered to the customer with a full test report and a 12-month warranty certificate after output torque, speed ratio, vibration level and operating temperature parameters have been verified under load.
We carry out repair and overhaul of worm gear, bevel gear, helical and planetary reductors used in industrial power transmission, covering all leading international brands.
Worm shaft and worm wheel wear diagnosis, bronze gear renewal, worm shaft chrome plating or replacement, ball bearing overhaul and housing seal renewal. Self-locking safety tests are carried out at high reduction ratios.
Helical gear profile inspection and rectification, bevel gear mesh adjustment, differential bearing clearance setting, shaft seal renewal and vibration analysis. Balancing tests are applied to high-speed helical assemblies.
Planet gears, sun gear and internal ring gear overhaul; planet carrier bearing renewal; stage-by-stage disassembly, measurement and reassembly on multi-stage planetary units. High torque capacity is restored while preserving the compact structure.
Thanks to their unique membrane design that prevents the fluid from contacting the body directly, diaphragm valves are the preferred sealing solution for sterile, corrosive and contamination-sensitive lines.
GMP-compliant sterile line overhaul; PTFE membrane and stainless steel body replacement
Complete overhaul service with EPDM / PTFE membrane on lines carrying corrosive acids and bases
Maintaining membrane integrity and periodic replacement on chlorine and chemical dosing lines
Notify us by phone or form. For emergencies and critical drive lines, same-day intervention is scheduled.
The reductor is fully disassembled; gear profiles, bearing surfaces, shaft geometry and housing integrity are evaluated with measurement equipment, and a detailed fault report is prepared for your approval.
Worn gears and bearings are replaced with OEM-equivalent parts, seals and gaskets are renewed, the housing is cleaned and refilled with the oil type and quantity recommended by the manufacturer.
After output torque, speed ratio, operating temperature and vibration level are verified under load, the unit is delivered with a full test report and a 12-month warranty.
Feel free to contact us for on-site diagnosis, workshop overhaul, bearing and gear renewal, and functional certification of your reductors.
