Faulty PCBs, positioners, I/O modules and motor protection relays are diagnosed, repaired or replaced; positioner calibration and 4–20 mA / HART / Profibus signal tests are performed to fully restore the control function.

Gearbox & Mechanical Drive Overhaul

Worn worm gears, bevel gears, drive shafts and coupling elements are replaced with OEM-equivalent spare parts; backlash and tooth mesh values are adjusted, and the housing is resealed to IP67/IP68 standard.
